At Ironway, we build our watches to withstand the harshest environments — because we know our customers demand gear they can rely on. That’s why every Ironway timepiece is backed by our 2-Year International Warranty.

✅ What’s Covered

Your Ironway watch is covered for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in:

  • Movement
  • Hands
  • Dial
  • Crown and pushers
  • Day-Date functionality

If your watch shows signs of any of the above issues within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, crystal, or strap)
  • Battery replacement
  • Water damage due to misuse or failure to close the crown
  • Accidental damage or misuse (drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If your watch has been serviced by a third party not authorized by Ironway, the warranty is void.

🔧 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email our support team at support@ironwaywatches.com and include:

  • Proof of purchase including order number 
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions. If a repair is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and handle everything else.
