Returns & Exchanges

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Ironway, we take pride in the quality, style, and craftsmanship of every watch we offer. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

Returns

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@ironway-watches.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Ironway.

Refunds

Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary between institutions.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ironway-watches.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same item, contact us at support@ironway-watches.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
